They can introduce the approved product story and identify the visitor's application. Questions about performance ratings, engineering, code compliance or installation belong with your designated specialist. Staff can capture the question and coordinate that conversation.

Do not assign installation or heavy glass handling to engagement talent. Your qualified team should control exhibit components and demonstrations. Staff can distribute approved take-away materials and direct visitors around the display under your instructions.

Give the reception host a station map, the name of each responsible colleague and a way to track waiting visitors. An introduction should state the product interest and requested discussion so the buyer does not have to repeat the same explanation.

Record the product viewed, application or project context, representative involved and agreed next step. Distinguish a request for literature from a technical consultation or sample follow-up so each contact reaches the right team after the show.

Start with the published floor hours and your appointment load. The September 25 floor closes at 1:00 PM. Include any earlier briefing or later internal wrap-up separately rather than assuming the public schedule covers those tasks.

TSM is an independent staffing agency supporting your exhibit. You arrange exhibitor credentials and any required permissions. Our assigned talent represents your company within the responsibilities agreed in the booking.

Published talent rates are $50–$60 per hour for Tier Two, $60–$75 per hour for Tier One, and $75+ per hour for Elite. Talent set their own rates. We confirm pricing and availability for your GlassBuild America dates, roles and requested coverage.
