It started in 1998. Our founder was working promotional events and saw the same gap again and again: brands needed representatives who could do far more than stand in a booth — people who could engage an audience, explain a product, and turn attention into leads.
In 2005, that insight became TSM Agency. Firsthand modeling experience met real business structure, and the result was a staffing model built around performance, not just presence.
