Why it matters

Staffing priorities for ITC Vegas Expo 2026

A carrier evaluating software and a prospective channel partner need different contacts. Hosts can identify the visitor's role, product interest and meeting purpose before making an introduction. Keeping that context with the lead helps your team choose a relevant follow-up after the event.

Staffing brief

ITC Vegas Expo 2026 staffing brief

Give the team a routing plan for carrier prospects, partners, investors and existing customers. Identify who owns each appointment and how hosts should announce a guest’s arrival. Include the exact booth, meeting pod or approved meeting-room location. Use separate call-sheet entries for the main expo, ITC Agents and private sponsor activity so staff do not report to the right building for the wrong program.

Front of the booth

Trade show models for ITC Vegas Expo 2026

Our Las Vegas trade show models can welcome visitors and establish their reason for stopping before bringing them into the booth. When a meeting is in progress, the host can acknowledge another guest and arrange a return time. For a meeting-led exhibit, an accurate appointment list is as important as the opening pitch.

Traffic & attention

Promotional models for ITC Vegas Expo 2026

Promotional staff invite insurance professionals to your software demonstration or product presentation. They manage waiting visitors and connect interested attendees with the account team after the session.

Brand & message

Brand ambassadors for ITC Vegas Expo 2026

Brand ambassadors introduce your claims, distribution or underwriting technology using your product brief. They identify whether a visitor is exploring a purchase or a partnership and arrange the appropriate introduction.

The operational team

Full booth staffing for ITC Vegas Expo 2026

Combine booth reception, meeting coordination and lead capture based on the way your exhibit operates. A team lead can monitor coverage when specialists move between appointments. TSM can check local Las Vegas talent for the main expo and separately scoped sponsor functions. Provide the Mandalay Bay convention-area entrance, booth or room number and onsite contact. A hotel name alone does not tell staff where your team is meeting. Include approved briefing access and any requested extension beyond public expo hours. Compare reception and visitor-support roles at NARPM Annual Convention & Trade Show for another Las Vegas program. For a dental conference assignment elsewhere in Nevada, see IAPA Conference staffing in Henderson. Its resort venue and clinical audience require a separate booth brief.

Insurance technology booth routing: Carrier evaluation → Identify the insurance function → Introduce the product specialist; Channel partnership → Note the proposed business relationship → Connect with the partnership team; Scheduled demo → Check the company and appointment → Notify the assigned demonstration host. Suggested staffing workflow; confirm your assignment.
