Caryn Hanna is the co-founder and owner of TSM Agency, a woman-owned national event staffing agency founded in 2005. A former professional model, she has spent more than two decades recruiting, training, and managing the trade show models, brand ambassadors, and event staff who represent brands on show floors across the United States.
Caryn's career started where the work actually happens. In 1998 she was working promotional events as a model, and she kept seeing the same gap: brands needed people who could do far more than stand in a booth. They needed representatives who could read a room, explain a product, qualify a lead, and protect a brand through a long show day.
In 2005, she and her husband, Christopher Hanna, turned that firsthand experience into TSM Agency. Caryn built the company around a simple idea: an agency run by people who came up through the industry will treat talent better and brief them sharper than one that just sends whoever is available. Two decades later, that approach has staffed more than 2,000 trade shows, conventions, and brand activations for global names and growing startups alike.
Today, based in the Nashville, Tennessee area, Caryn leads national accounts, client relationships, and talent recruitment for TSM's fully remote team. She sets the tone for an inclusive, client-first culture that puts the growth, opportunity, and respect of the people who represent your brand at the center of the business. TSM Agency is a member of Meeting Professionals International and holds a 5.0 rating on Google.
