Why it matters

Staffing priorities for Rooted Expo 2026

A good product sample starts a conversation. Your booth team needs to find out what should happen next. A retailer may want to discuss an assortment, a distributor may need territory information, and an investor may want an introduction to the founder. Rooted brings those audiences into the same CPG program. Give staff a short brand introduction, a clear sampling brief and a contact for each type of inquiry. Keep wholesale terms, product formulation and investment discussions with your authorized team.

Staffing brief

Rooted Expo 2026 staffing brief

Rooted Expo 2026 staffing starts with your assignment. Define the greeting, approved demonstration, visitor questions and handoff to your representatives. Confirm the organizer’s access requirements, location, paid shifts and lead-capture process before booking.

Front of the booth

Trade show models for Rooted Expo 2026

Our trade show models can greet visitors, identify their business role and introduce them to the right representative. Define what makes someone a relevant retail lead for your line. Ask about the store or company, product category and requested next step instead of treating every badge scan as a sales opportunity. For a founder working with a small booth team, an assigned greeting and lead-capture role can help keep incoming visitors organized during a buyer meeting.

Traffic & attention

Promotional models for Rooted Expo 2026

Use promotional models for your approved product presentation, packaged-sample distribution or giveaway. Specify what staff may hand out, what they may say and how they should respond to ingredient or product-use questions. Provide the product materials and handling instructions before the assignment. Confirm any sampling or food-service requirements with show management and the venue. Marketing talent supports the brand interaction; food preparation and catering require their own arrangements.

Brand & message

Brand ambassadors for Rooted Expo 2026

Rooted Expo brand ambassadors can explain your approved brand story and help visitors find the part of your assortment that interests them. An emerging food or beverage brand may need a concise explanation of its format and retail positioning. A wellness or lifestyle exhibitor may need a different script and specialist handoff. Review the selected talent's relevant experience, then provide the messages they can use. Product, nutrition and health claims should follow your approved materials rather than an improvised pitch.

The operational team

Full booth staffing for Rooted Expo 2026

Plan the team around duties that happen at the same time: welcoming a buyer, explaining a sample, recording contact details and covering a break. Confirm paid briefing, reporting and end times in the booking. Rooted's Wednesday expo floor closes at 4 PM; Thursday closes at 3 PM, Central Time. An Ignite tabletop assignment or evening program needs a separate brief. For regional recruitment, see Dallas event staffing; confirm available talent, reporting instructions and travel charges for your Irving venue. Other Texas trade exhibits include Dallas Total Home & Gift Market staffing and PestWorld booth staffing in Grapevine.

FAQ

Rooted Expo 2026 staffing FAQs

Yes. We coordinate trade show models, promotional models and brand ambassadors for agreed booth-marketing assignments. Share your product line, booth location, duties and paid shifts so we can review the team you need. A retail-focused greeting role needs a different brief from a product presentation or sampling station. Identify the people who can answer wholesale, technical or investor questions. Confirm the selected profiles and the access arrangements your exhibitor booking requires; talent selection does not itself provide an event pass.

The main expo floor opens October 21 from 10 AM to 4 PM and October 22 from 10 AM to 3 PM, Central Time, at the Irving Convention Center. The broader event program starts October 20. These floor hours come from the organizer's current daily schedule, rather than a requested staffing shift or a session timetable. Your paid assignment can include briefing or other agreed work outside those hours. Confirm those additional hours in the booking.

Yes. The organizer distinguishes October 20's Ignite program from the October 21–22 expo floor. Its detailed schedule lists the Ignite Tabletop Showcase from noon to 4 PM and Ignite Happy Hour from 3 PM to 5 PM, Central Time. The homepage describes the combined Ignite program as noon to 5 PM. Tell us which activity you are taking part in, its reporting point and the work you need covered. The quote form prefills the main expo dates; add an Ignite assignment separately.

Yes, when sample distribution is part of the agreed role and the selected talent has the experience your assignment needs. Explain the sample format, approved product information, handling instructions and the follow-up you want to capture. Confirm organizer and venue requirements for your specific product. Staff should direct ingredient, formulation, nutrition or health questions beyond the approved brief to your representative. Food preparation, catering and alcohol service are separate from TSM's standard marketing-talent assignment.

TSM recruits event talent in the Dallas market and can review available profiles for your Irving assignment. Share the convention-center location, daily reporting point and paid schedule. Confirm the selected person's availability, relevant experience and any travel charges before booking. Confirm venue familiarity when reviewing profiles. Give the team your booth number and an on-site contact so the reporting instructions are clear.

Start with the fields your sales team will use: company or store, business role, product interest, contact details and requested next step. Add distribution territory or assortment questions when they matter to your line. Agree the wording, capture method and specialist handoff before the show. A sample request and a distributor meeting request should not enter the same follow-up queue without context. Tell us which scanner, form or app you will use and confirm the selected talent's experience and briefing needs.

That depends on the duties and the coverage you need. One person cannot greet a new visitor, explain a product, record a lead and take a break at the same time. List the simultaneous tasks and identify who covers the position during a meeting or break. If a founder or sales representative will be present, specify how staff hand over qualified conversations. We review headcount against that brief rather than promise that a single-person booth will cover every situation.

Include the booth or tabletop location, product line, target visitors, approved talking points, sample or giveaway instructions and the lead fields you need. Add paid arrival and end times, attire, language requirements, badge arrangements and an on-site contact. Name the person who handles wholesale terms, investor discussions and product questions beyond the script. Share your presentation and handling materials before the assignment. Confirm any preparation time and duties in the booking instead of assuming they are included.

Our published model tiers are Tier Two at $50–$60 per hour, Tier One at $60–$75 per hour and Elite at $75+ per hour, with a four-hour minimum. Your role and selected talent determine the quote. Specify paid briefing time, exhibit shifts and any Ignite or evening assignment before comparing totals. Confirm preparation, travel and coordination charges with your account executive. These are talent rates; organizer booth fees, badges, equipment and venue services are separate. See our model tiers for the published ranges.

No. TSM's standard event-marketing service covers visitor engagement, brand representation and agreed promotional support. It does not include booth installation, freight, rigging, electrical work, catering, bartenders or wait staff. Arrange those services with the appropriate exhibitor or hospitality provider. For a small product display, describe the exact preparation tasks before booking so marketing materials and sample duties are clearly separated from exhibit labor or food service. The organizer's booth offering does not make those services part of a TSM talent booking.
