TSM Agency is committed to creating successful, professional, and safe event environments for both clients and talent. The following guidelines outline what clients can expect from our talent and what we require from clients to ensure events run smoothly and respectfully.

By booking talent through TSM Agency, the client agrees to the standards below.

01Professional and Safe Work Environment

Clients are responsible for maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment at all times.

This includes:

  • Providing a workplace free from harassment, intimidation, or discrimination
  • Ensuring physical safety (e.g., secure booth setup, non-hazardous working conditions)
  • Respecting professional boundaries at all times

If a situation arises that compromises safety or respect, TSM Agency may remove talent from the event without penalty.

Clients remain responsible for supervising talent on-site during all engagements.

02Communication and Working Relationship

To ensure clear coordination and fair practices:

  • All staffing communication and scheduling must go through TSM Agency
  • Clients may not hire, solicit, or attempt to contract TSM talent directly
  • Any inquiries regarding future engagements or rates must be directed to TSM Agency

This protects consistency, accountability, and fair treatment for all parties.

03Scheduling, Breaks, and Working Time

Clients agree to:

  • Begin and end shifts at the confirmed schedule
  • Provide one 15-minute break every 4 hours worked
  • Provide reasonable meal time or accommodations for full-day events
  • Request any schedule extensions or added responsibilities through TSM Agency

Talent may not stay later or perform additional duties unless approved through TSM Agency.

04Responsibilities, Expectations, and On-Site Support

Clients must provide:

  • A designated on-site point of contact
  • Clear check-in instructions and necessary access or credentials
  • Event details, talking points, attire guidance, and role expectations in advance

Any branded attire, props, or materials provided must be returned unless otherwise agreed.

05Conduct and Interaction with Talent

Clients and their staff agree to:

  • Treat all talent with professionalism and courtesy
  • Avoid personal, inappropriate, or intrusive communication or behavior
  • Never ask talent to participate in activities outside the agreed event duties (including social, personal, or private requests)

TSM Agency maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or misconduct.

06Rate Discussions and Payment

To maintain transparency and consistency:

  • Talent may not negotiate rates or payment directly with clients
  • Any billing questions, rate adjustments, or additional hours must be handled through TSM Agency
  • Additional time or services must receive written approval before work continues

This ensures clarity and prevents misunderstandings at the event.

07Reporting Issues or Concerns

If any concern arises during an event:

  • Contact TSM Agency immediately

We will address the situation promptly and support both parties to ensure professionalism and a positive outcome.

We look forward to helping you create a successful and memorable event.
