Why Our Clients & Models Trust Us

I had to take the time to post this review. Simply stated, the TSM Agency is the best model staffing agency we have ever worked with. Our account executive, Caryn, was prompt and professional. We only had two days to staff two models. We came to an agreement and had our models in the same day I initially contacted them.

The TSM Agency is our go to model staffing company. Our account executive is so easy to work with and knows the industry inside and out. But what really separates TSM from the other companies we have worked with in the past are their models. TSM Agency trade show models are just the best. When you talk to the girls you can tell TSM treats them well and that they are very loyal to the agency. The girls always come prepared and on time. They are a joy to work with and their smiles are infectious! I can’t say enough. It makes me very happy to see our competitors enviously looking at us because our trade show models are doing such a great job and our booth is always packed.

Keila and Kirsten were exactly what we were looking for from our trade show models. For our previous show we flew a couple of employees to work the show and, no offense to them, we will never do that again. Professional models were far better at generating leads for us; the entire reason we did this event is Las Vegas. Our models were well prepared, dressed professionally, kept up an amazing energy during every day of the show and help us demo our products. Caryn, our TSM Agency account executive, did an amazing job and provided the perfect models.

Thank you TSM Agency! We have never received so many leads as we did this year at the World of Concrete Show. Our models were great and we want to staff the same girls next year. They performed above and beyond our expectations. Thank you TSM!

CES 2026 Frequently Asked Questions
The exhibit halls are open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Tuesday, January 6, and from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Wednesday and Thursday. On the final day, Friday, January 9, the show floor closes early at 4:00 PM.
Hiring local staff through TSM Agency eliminates travel expenses such as flights, hotels, and per diems, which are especially expensive during CES. Local Las Vegas models are also familiar with the city and venue logistics, helping ensure on-time arrivals despite heavy traffic around the LVCC and Venetian.
The designated Registration Coordinator for your company must initiate all exhibitor personnel registrations through the CES Exhibitor Dashboard. Each staff member must then complete their own registration and upload a personal headshot to meet security requirements.
While exhibitor registration often remains open, pricing increases significantly after December 1, 2025. Finalizing your TSM Agency staff roster by November helps ensure you are registered before the higher badge rates take effect.
You may bring your own staff or hire through an agency like TSM. However, Exhibitor Appointed Contractors used for booth labor or installation must be registered and insured by December 1. Modeling and sales staff typically register as standard Exhibitor Personnel.
TSM Agency provides Product Specialists for technical demonstrations, Lead Generators to scan badges and qualify traffic, Bilingual Hostesses for international meetings, and Crowd Gatherers to attract attention and manage lines at high-traffic activations.
The CES Tech Express shuttle runs between the LVCC and Venetian Expo approximately every 10 minutes during show days. The Las Vegas Monorail also connects directly to the LVCC, with a short walk from the Harrah’s or LINQ stations to the Venetian.
Security policies allow a maximum of two small bags per person, each smaller than 12 by 17 by 6 inches. Rolling bags and luggage are prohibited on the show floor, so staff should leave personal items at their hotel or vehicle.
To avoid long lines, it is best to pick up badges at Harry Reid International Airport or at participating hotels such as ARIA, Bellagio, or MGM Grand. Waiting to pick up badges at the Convention Center can result in significant delays.
C Space is the dedicated campus for advertising, content, and marketing technology, located at ARIA, Vdara, and the Cosmopolitan. Booths in this area benefit from staff with corporate hospitality experience, as the environment is more executive-focused and meeting driven.
Yes. AI, Robotics, and Vehicle Technology are major themes for CES 2026, with dedicated zones primarily located in the LVCC West Hall and North Hall.
Yes. TSM Agency staff are experienced with standard lead retrieval systems, including badge scanning and QR code workflows. Providing enough scanners allows TSM staff to pre-qualify leads while your sales team focuses on deeper conversations.
Comfort is critical due to the size of the venues and long hours on concrete floors. Branded polo shirts or professional business casual attire paired with comfortable footwear such as sneakers or flats are strongly recommended.
Lunch is not provided. While concession stands are available, lines can exceed an hour during peak times. Staggered lunch breaks or booth catering help maintain consistent booth coverage throughout the day.
Eureka Park is the startup-focused marketplace located in Hall G of the Venetian Expo. It is fast-paced and densely packed, making proactive Crowd Gatherers especially valuable for stopping traffic and quickly explaining your product or concept.
TSM Agency carries liability insurance covering its staff. However, CES requires exhibitors, especially those using Exhibitor Appointed Contractors or exhibiting at locations such as the Fontainebleau, to carry a Commercial General Liability policy with at least $2 million in coverage.
CES attracts more than 130,000 attendees and is the largest annual event in Las Vegas. Booking staff by October or November 2025 ensures access to the most experienced talent, including bilingual staff and seasoned lead generators.
On-site LVCC parking fills quickly each morning. The Las Vegas Monorail and the Vegas Loop Tesla tunnel system provide faster and more reliable access, with stations at Westgate, Resorts World, and Central Hall.
Yes. TSM Agency can provide Meeting Coordinators to manage private meeting suites at hotels such as the Venetian or Wynn. These staff handle guest check-in, scheduling, refreshments, and ensure meetings stay on track throughout the day.
