NYC ATTRACTIONS

New York City, New York is a city full of fun and excitement at all times of the day and night. You can take in a Broadway Show, visit Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty, catch a viewing of a daytime or late night show, visit Times Square, and so much more. NYC is often referred to as “the city that never sleeps” for a reason. With so much to do during the day and the night, who has time to sleep?

Many people take the trip to NYC just to see a Broadway show. It’s an experience like no other. It is only here that you can truly see live theater the way it should be. You can watch your favorite Broadway stars in Miss Saigon, A Bronx Tale, Kinky Boots, Waitress, and so much more. Best of all, the iconic classic Cats is now back on Broadway for all to see!

Ellis Island is often referred to as the Island of Hope or the Island of Tears. It is here that 12 million immigrants passed through with hopes and dreams of a life of freedom, to a land where their dreams could come true. Tourists flock to Ellis Island to take in the sights and stand in the building their great-grandparents or great-great grandparents passed through to make this country their home. While visiting Ellis Island, you can take a short hop over to Liberty Island and the Statue of Liberty. Taking a tour to the Statue of Liberty’s pedestal or crown is an enjoyable experience that you will talk about for years.

Only in NYC will you have the opportunity to catch a viewing and taping of much popular daytime and late night television shows. The View, SNL, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and Good Morning America are some of the country’s favorite and most beloved television shows. Only in this one city in the entire country can you purchase tickets, sit in the audience, and watch these popular television shows live. A few other New York City television shows include Live With Kelly, The Today Shows, and Rachael Ray.

Times Square is another New York City attraction that tourists flock to in large groups. Most notably, Times Square is the place to be on New Year’s Eve to watch the ball drop. However, there is much more to do on every other day of the year as well. There are clubs, nightclubs, exhibits, entertainment, shows, many dining options, and of course lots of shopping for all. Times Square is a busy and exciting place to be, full of bright lights and crowds of people.

Among the many other New York City attractions are ice skating at Rockefeller Center, watching the Rockettes in the Radio City Music Show, and taking a leisurely stroll through Central Park. Unlike many towns and cities that shut down after ten or eleven at night, there is always something to do in New York City. Whether you are a morning person in search of an early morning coffee and bagel or a night owl that likes to party well into the evening, New York City has everything you need.
